Andre Keil brings more than 15 years of experience as a facilitator and executive coach in the leadership development space. His focus is helping leaders respond better to complex, continuously changing business environments so they can become more effective, resilient individuals in both their professional and personal lives. He is adept at both strategic and tactical business thinking, looking at the big picture to determine where to go and then mapping a clear route to get there.

 

Andre also held leadership positions with the Center for Creative Leadership and worked as a facilitator, program designer and executive coach. His early career also included stints in the start-up world, which gave him a broad understanding of the many challenges leaders face.

 

Dutch by birth, Andre came to the U.S. at age 12 and has subsequently worked across the U.S and Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant University.
